Come to the Brewery Market and try our delicious crêpes!
Visit our take-out shop La Centrale at the Brewery Market on Lower Water Street where we freshly prepare all crêpes from the regular catering menu.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00-14:00 and Saturday from 7:00-13:00. In addition to our permanent location in the Bottling Plant (just off the Court Yard, go through double glass doors), we also have a second location during the Farmers' Market on Saturdays (first room on your right when you enter the market from Lower Water Street/corner of Salter Street). We are one of the most popular market stalls but with the second location we have minimized the line-up. However, we recommend to check the second location if the first one happens to be very busy.
